Your personal details including, name, username, password, email address, and shared social media information is never used for marketing. The site owner warrants that your details will never be shared, sold, or bartered to third parties. Your private information stays private regardless of account type — regular or registered subscriber. To remove your personal information from this site click the 'unsubscribe' button located in the footer of any site page.

This Site is provided completely free of charge. There are no subscription fees, memberships, or paid tiers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have your parent or guardian's permission, to create an account or subscribe. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to: (a) provide false or misleading information; (b) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (c) infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; (d) attempt to disrupt, scrape, or automate access to the Site beyond normal personal use; or (e) share content that is abusive, harassing, or obscene.

The site owner warrants that your details will never be shared, sold, or bartered to third parties. We collect only what you provide (your name, email address, optional username/password, and any social media account you choose to share) and use it solely to operate the Site — sending you new article notifications and, for Registered Subscribers, controlling access to members-only articles. We do not profile you, and we do not use your information for advertising.
6. Email Communications
If you subscribe, we will email you when a new letter is published or an existing one is updated. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or the footer of the Site; doing so removes you from the mailing list immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
All letters, text, images, and other content on the Site are the property of DeWayne Wheaton (the "Owner") and are protected by applicable copyright law. You may read and share links to content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not republish, sell, or redistribute the content without written permission.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
The Owner may refuse, suspend, or remove any account or subscription at their discretion, including to review and approve new subscribers. You may stop subscribing or delete your account at any time by unsubscribing.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Owner does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
